Foreclosure
Town
Further research into Foreclosure Town
uncovered many complaints posted on Rip-Off Report.com basically
accusing ForeclosureTown of providing lists that were so out of
date as to be useless, the fee was way too high, it is nearly
impossible to cancel a membership with them and refunds were almost
nonexistant. Foreclosures.com lists Foreclosure Town as a
foreclosure site to be avoided. The fee for ForeclosureTown's lists
appears to be about $400, which is a pretty high price to pay,
considering foreclosure listings are provided by real estate
agents, mortgage companies and banks for no fee at all. Foreclosure
Town is yet another company offering foreclosure listings.

Foreclosure Town claims their lists include properties from
every state in the U.S. and includes homeowners in distress as well
as bank owned properties. Remember, if you are looking to use
foreclosures as your means of real estate investing, it is usually
better to contact a local realtor or bank for a free listing. My
opinion is that Foreclosure Town is an overpriced list that is
basically worthless. But I am testing their list right now to see
how effective it is. If it performs well, I'll post my findings to
this page. So bookmark this page and check back often.
