the least 2 and half hours apart. This program helps you to drop
the pounds in a 11 day meal plan that allows a three day cheat in
the middle before you go back to the program. This to me seems
slightly ridiculous only because if you give people the opportunity
to cheat for an three period chances are it is going to be hard for
them to get back into the groove.

like take brisk walks, drink plenty of water and so on. The food
that are given are only whole foods no processed foods or foods
with high sugar or supplements. This program to some is said to be
