He produced several how-to courses on foreclosures such as “Goldmining With Foreclosures” and “12 Foolproof Secrets of Foreclosure Profits”, which retail at about $250. The late Ernie Kessler was a big foreclosures guru in the 1980s. "The King of Foreclosures", often appeared on CNBC's "Smart Money". He also ran a real estate club and hosted the Washington Post’s foreclosure conference.
